Nicole is a Board Certified Physician Assistant with a background in Athletic Training and Sports Medicine. She has dedicated her career to orthopedics with 11 years of general orthopedics and sports medicine practice prior to joining Oregon Spine Care in 2017. Professionally, she has a passion to help others stay active and improve their quality of life. She places a heavy importance on patient education both for conditions as well as both surgical and non-surgical treatment.

Personally, Nicole is an avid dancer, likes to ski, hike, kayak and cherishes time spent with her family and Australian Shepherd. She also enjoys taking advantage of Portland’s diverse food scene.

Fardowsa is a Board Certified Physician Assistant who graduated from Portland State University in Oregon with Bachelor of Science degree, then went on to earn her dual Master’s degrees in Physician Assistant Studies and in Public Health from Touro University in Vallejo, CA. She is passionate about orthopedics and takes pride in empowering patients through education and collaboration. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with her family.
