Dr. Berg encourages patients to get a second opinion, whether you are coming to him to get that second opinion, or you want to get the opinion of another spine surgeon after hearing his recommendations. Ultimately, Dr. Berg wants you to feel you have been educated enough to make the decision that is best for you. He is happy to provide the support you need to be comfortable with that decision, whether you choose him or another surgeon to move forward with treatment.
